Terms and conditions associated with this competition

1.Accommodation is provided in a deluxe room for 7 nights. 2.Holiday insurance is not included and must be purchased before travel. 3.There is no cash alternative to the prize & spending money is not included. 4.The prize is not transferable. 5. The prize is subject to availability, cannot be taken during peak seasons (christmas, new year and easter) and cannot be confirmed until 90 days prior to departure. 6.The prize must be taken before end of July 2004. 7.Prize winners wishing to stay at sandals must be in a mixed sex couple. 8.Prize winners are responsible for departure and government taxes. 9. Sandals resorts reserves the right to relocate prize winners from the stated resort to an alternative sandals or beaches resort, if rooms become unavailable for the travel dates requested. 10.No responsibility will be accepted from either the travellers club or win4now for any partial or complete failure in transmission or receipt of entries. 11.We reserve the right at any time to cancel, modify, suspend or supercede this holiday prize draw if, in our sole discretion, the prize draw is not capable of being conducted as specified. 12.Entry to this prize draw is on the understanding on acceptance of these terms and conditions
