Terms and conditions associated with this competition

This competition is managed, controlled and administered by Data Locator alone and any correspondence concerning this promotion should be directed at Data Locator 2. No entries from Datalocator Interactive, DMR or associated companies. 3. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 4. The closing date for the competition is 05/01/2006. 6. Prize is not transferable for cash and will be delivered to the address held on the registration page for the prize draw winner unless otherwise requested 7. Prize draw winners are selected randomly by computer within 5 working days of the close date and the winner will be notified within 7 days of the draw by phone. 8. All prizes must be claimed within 90 days. Thereafter the prize claim will be void and the prize will be redrawn and offered to another participant. 9.Entrants acknowledge that their entries may be released or displayed to the public by Data Locator Interactive or any agency connected with the competition and as such sign all rights necessary for promotion, publication of such entries to Data Locator Interactive. Winners agree to grant Data Locator Interactive or any agency connected with the competition the right to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without any additional compensation
